Please feel free to order on-line, or if you want send cheques payable to AI Industrial Supplies and your goods will be posted out once the cheque has cleared. All companies may apply for a 30 day credit account subject to references. If you have an account with us please e-mail your orders to sales@aiworkwear.co.uk or fax them to 01924 891023.Please quote an order number and a delivery address.
Companies in and around West Yorkshire please feel free to call and ask about our free delivery service which is open to account customers only.
On orders above £300.00 carriage is free within mainland UK. For orders outside mainland UK, please call for carriage charge before placing your order.
Goods can only be returned if they are faulty, and within 7 days of receipt for either a replacement of refund.
Any items that are not found on this site can still be obtained by ringing the Phone/Mobile number found on top of this page.
Beta tools products will be sent out within 2-3 days of ordering. If the item is not in stock we will contact you and give you with a delivery date. Please remember Beta Tools are manufactured in Italy and can take up to 2 weeks.
Most workwear will be sent out within 2-3 days unless specified otherwise. Any embroidery or logo's have to be agreed and signed off before going ahead. Please allow up to 10 working days for completion.
Consumables will be sent out within 2-3 working days from order.
Cofra will take 7 working days if not in stock we do carry a range that will be 2/3 days from order
